Pennsylvania Constitution

The ballot question known as Marsy's Law, granting crime victims the same state constitutional rights as criminal defendants, will be on the November 5 General Election ballot.

The Pennsylvania ACLU filed suit Oct. 10 on behalf of the Pa. League of Women Voters and a voter seeking to enjoin the state from counting the vote on the question (ballots are already printed) because it is a multi-faceted question that will affect several parts of the Constitution and does not allow voters to vote on each part separately.
